Login

The admin dashboard can be accessed by either URL:

1. nysbakiosk.org
2. nysbakiosk.org/admin

The first link will take you to a splash page, which displays an image of the kiosk screensaver. Once clicked, you'll be forwarded to the second link above.

After authentication, you gain access to the Admin Dashboard.

Authorization

• Enter your @nysbroadcasters.org email into the field to access the authorized area.
• You'll receive a PIN number via your @nysbroadcasters.org email.
• Enter the PIN number into the field.

About Security

Security is managed by Cloudflare using their Zero Trust framework.

Dashboard

Only users with email addresses ending with @nysbroadcasters.org can enter the Admin Dashboard. A PIN will be sent to your email to gain access. All other email addresses entered will simply be ignored.

The last admin who logged in can be seen in CloudFlare analytics.

Three main admin areas

• Panel - This is where an admin can create, update, and delete HOF members
• Guide - The NYSBA Kiosk Guide is accessible by dashboard and docs.nysbakiosk.org
• Kiosk App - An in-browser preview of the kiosk app

Logout

To log out, simply click the "Logout" button located at the top right corner of the admin dashboard.
