Image Upload

When either the blue plus button on the bottom right is clicked or a member is selected, a member form is brought up to the screen.

The member form has a button labeled Upload Image.

Clicking this button opens a modal to upload an image to Cloudinary. The image is cropped, formatted, and attached to the member form.
